As part of our continuous development we are looking to appoint a German speaking Customer Services Executive to join our International Customer Services Team.
In this role, you will provide support to our retail customers (bike stores) across Europe but in particular the DACH region by processing daily orders, forward orders for the next season, answering phone calls, dealing with e-mail enquiries and solving any issues for our clients. As part of our team, you will work closely with account managers in Europe and act as a pivot for our clients and internal departments.
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual who can demonstrate a passion for Customer Service and cycling. We are looking for a German speaker who is fluent in English and has a flexible work attitude. Additional language skills are desirable but not essential.
